NEW-YORK, August 8, 2023 — A groundbreaking meeting on July 26 witnessed esteemed individuals with direct experience of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP); David Grusch, a former intelligence officer, Ryan Graves, a former Navy pilot, and David Fravor, a retired commander, alongside two former fighter pilots, and all appeared at the United States Congress before the House Oversight subcommittee to discuss Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAPs).
“The notion that these extraterrestrial crafts pose a threat to U.S. National Security has been discussed at length and challenged as well, as these vessels have shown no signs of aggression towards humanity. Instead, they seem to be focused on raising awareness about the dangers of nuclear missiles. So, viewing them as hostile is purely fantasy and a projection of our own aggressiveness,” stated Daniel Turcotte, general director of the Extraterrestrial Embassy Project.
“Through an ever-increasing number of UFO sightings, military reports describing encounters with UFOs, and very complex crop circles all over the world, it is clear that an extraterrestrial civilization is preparing our humanity for an official contact,” continued Turcotte. ‘’To this end, we believe that the U.S. Congress hearing on UFO/UAP could serve as an important catalyst for increased public awareness, interest, and scientific research into the UAP phenomena, hopefully leading to greater transparency from government agencies, » he added.
« As we embrace the reality of UFOs and their extraterrestrial origin, once their existence will be officially recognized the fundamental questions that remain will be: ‘Who are they?’ and ‘Why are they visiting us? » Turcotte said. « Thus, getting ready for an official contact is essential, and to do this a new diplomatic framework is urgently needed to prepare for their arrival. Consequently, we propose an amendment to the current Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), which will provide guidelines for diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial civilizations, » concluded Turcotte.
With preparations underway to welcome an extraterrestrial civilization, often referred to as ‘Elohim,’ meaning ‘Those who came from the sky’ in the original Hebrew Bible, the Raelian Movement‘s goal is to build the first Embassy for Extraterrestrials and ensure that it upholds dignity, respect, and peace in their presence.
